ERDEMIR ROMANIA, a member of ERDEMIR Group, has been producing electrical steel coils and strips. It was first established in 1974 as LBE (Laminorul de Benzi Electrotehnice), privatized in 2002, today ERDEMIR ROMANIA is at the service of customers, working closely with them in an all-out effort to improve quality and make our production more customer-oriented.

Far more than just manufacturing electrical steels however, we are putting our values and our human resources to work in order to construct a bright and succesful future.  We know very well that we can reach our goals by maximizing customer satisfaction, making efficient use of natural resources and producing what customers need at minimum cost. With this in mind, we engage in an ongoing effort to train our human resources so that they can continue building on our deep-rooted experience. We focus on achieving the highest level of production  in order to maximize customer satisfaction with quality that is assured by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Our experience, know-how and human resources are all being marshaled in research and development activities aimed at improving production efficiency and product quality.  At the same time, ERDEMIR ROMANIA invests continuously to protect nature because, as a company, we are very sensitive about environment not only for our own sake but for that of future generations as well.
